Vielfach sind jedoch nicht nur die Parameter Kraft, Drehmoment und Weg entscheidend, sondern Sensoren oder Aktoren m\u00fcssen w\u00e4hrend der Messung aktiviert werden. Dabei ist es unerheblich, ob das zeitlich genaue Ansprechen von Aktoren Teil der Pr\u00fcfung ist oder ob der Aktor Teil des zu pr\u00fcfenden Produktes ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Um z.B. das manuelle Aktivieren einer Kamera durch automatisches Triggern zu ersetzen, hat invenio eine Interfacebox entwickelt, die das Aktivieren von Sensoren und Aktoren \u00fcber die Zwick-Software automatisiert m\u00f6glich macht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Mit Hilfe der selbst entwickelten und hergestellten Box k\u00f6nnen diese Pr\u00fcfaufbauten um zus\u00e4tzliche Sensoren wie Temperaturf\u00fchler oder Mikrofone erg\u00e4nzt werden. Auch Aktoren wie Antriebe f\u00fcr Servo-Achsen oder die Aktivierung einer Kamera k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber die Programmsteuerung get\u00e4tigt und zeitlich mit dem Pr\u00fcfablauf synchronisiert werden. Mit jeweils zwei analogen Ein-und Ausg\u00e4ngen und jeweils 8 digitalen Ein- und Ausg\u00e4ngen sind sehr komplexe Pr\u00fcfm\u00f6glichkeiten gegeben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Komplexe Pr\u00fcfkonzepte, die bisher h\u00e4ndisch durchgef\u00fchrt wurden, k\u00f6nnen somit automatisiert, oder \u00fcberhaupt erst realisiert werden.
