- INDUSTRY SECTORS
Growing pressure to succeed, functional safety, regular customer audits - good requirements management is becoming increasingly important in today's world. That's why we provide comprehensive advice on the introduction of methodical systems engineering.
Regardless of whether you need a comprehensive introduction to methodical Systems Engineering or concrete help with optimisation potential: We will show you how to create exact system architectures and how to link them to requirements. In addition, we advise you comprehensively on methods of Model-based Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management as well as Automotive SPICE®, SCRUM, CMMI, V-Model and other process models.
The demands on a system increase with its complexity. These requirements can be specified and managed by Requirements Engineering (RE), a branch of Systems Engineering. The RE results form the basis for the successful realisation of a project, as they determine and coordinate the functionalities that the system must present after completion. Requirements Engineering can therefore solve problems before the actual implementation of the system.
The Model-based Project Engineering approach developed by us combines Model-based Systems Engineering with the requirements of project management. For this purpose, project management functionalities are integrated into technical models. This significantly promotes efficient cooperation between project management and technical development.
Assessments with external auditors have to be organised and coordinated laboriously and are also expensive. In order to minimise risks, possible gaps should be identified and closed in advance. We support you in the preparation to successfully pass the assessment.
The consideration of relevant standards is a high priority in Systems Engineering. Thus, we take the most important standards and norms, such as AUTOSAR for the automotive sector or safety standards, such as IEC 61508 (industry), EN 50126 (railway technology) or ISO 26262 (automotive), into account in our processes in order to comply with international standards.
Regardless of the tool provider, we offer comprehensive advice on the selection of the Systems Engineering Software that best suits your needs. In addition, our broad knowledge in this subject area enables us to give a detailed explanation of the programme functions.
Not only do we train our employees regularly, but we also offer our training concepts to external participants. invenio Systems Engineering has specialised in particular in the 'Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering' and certification as a 'SCRUM' user.
CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL FOR REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING
The three-step concept 'Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering' (CPRE) is aimed at employees of Requirements Engineering and serves above all to expand their personal specialist knowledge. The programme is divided into the following stages:
The certification scheme was developed by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB). invenio Systems Engineering, together with the invenio Academy, provides recognised trainers who convey the contents of the CPRE programme. The certification exam is taken before independent examiners.
SCRUM is an agile project management method that first formulates the requirements of a product from the user's point of view. Then, in many one- to four-week sprints, we work towards the pre-formulated vision and analyse the intermediate status - and add further requirements if necessary. With simple rules, independent work in interdisciplinary teams, full transparency, regular coordination and a clear structure, SCRUM allows you to react quickly to changing requirements, and at the same time, drive the development process extremely purposefully.
With complete systems engineering, impact analyses can be created virtually at the touch of a button. The traceability of the implementation of requirements is made possible and, in addition to more precise planning, a check for test coverage is achieved. The adherence to delivery dates and quality increase as the actual needs of the customer are systematically implemented. Thanks to controlled variance and low susceptibility to errors, development costs and thus operating costs are reduced.
