In order to support customers in the field of digital product development/DMU with invenio's software solutions in the best possible way, invenio also collaborates with partners who have the corresponding professional expertise and customer networks.

Our sales partners have their own customer network and offer software products in the area of PLM, CAD and possibly DMU. Our sales partners can expand their product portfolio with the invenio 'VT-DMU' standard products.

Support and training

  • Within the partnership, invenio provides the sales partner with training on the invenio tools, marketing materials, documentation and test licenses.

  • In case of questions regarding the operation and methodical application of the invenio software, invenio provides consulting services and tailored training.

  • Support is provided centrally via the partner management system (email/hotline).

  • At regular intervals (at least once a year) a joint status meeting is organised to discuss the following points:

    • Sales activities of the sales partner and sales forecast

    • Requirements for the invenio software

    • Planned further developments

    • Joint sales and marketing activities

Our software partners are software development companies with their own software product. By integrating or linking the invenio VT-DMU software solutions into their own product portfolio, our partners can expand their range of functions and acquire more customers – without having to invest in the development of an in-house DMU solution. Our software partners work closely with invenio's partner management and development teams.

Support and training

  • Within the scope of the partnership, invenio provides the software partner with the API including documentation and development licences.

  • For questions regarding the implementation and methodical application of the invenio software modules, invenio provides consulting services and targeted training.

  • Support is provided centrally via the partner management system (email/hotline).

  • At regular intervals (at least once a year) a joint status meeting is organised to discuss the following points:

    • Current status of the implementation of the invenio software

    • Requirements for the invenio software

    • Planned further developments

    • Sales activities of the software partner and sales forecast

    • Joint sales and marketing activities

Our integration partners develop custom solutions based on the invenio VT-DMU software. Our integration partners have expert knowledge of customer systems (e.g. PLM system) and their interfaces. Through this collaboration, the partner can expand its range of solutions, acquire new projects and thus develop tailored DMU solutions for customers that are optimised for their processes and IT systems.

  • Within the scope of the partnership, invenio provides the software partner with the API including documentation and development licences.

  • For questions regarding the implementation and methodical application of the invenio software modules, invenio provides consulting services and targeted training.

  • Support is provided centrally via the partner management system (email/hotline).

Our university partners are universities that teach and/or research in the field of digital product or software development. In the area of teaching, invenio supports them with standard software, test licences for practical exercises and lectures. In the area of research, we collaborate on new technologies and solutions in the field of DMU software. As a software producer, invenio can get involved in funding programmes as an industrial partner.

Support and training

  • Within the scope of the partnership, invenio provides the university partner either with the standard software with test licences or, in the case of research projects, the API with documentation and test licences.

  • For questions regarding the implementation and methodical application of the invenio software modules, invenio provides consulting services and targeted training.

  • Support is provided centrally via the partner management system (email/hotline).

  • At regular intervals (at least twice a year) a joint status meeting is be organised to discuss the following points:

    • Current research results

    • Requirements for the invenio software

Our management partners are door-openers and process consultants for strategic projects and new customers in the field of DMU – entry is via top management. As a result of the partnership the customer's processes are optimised. The benefits for the customer are efficiency and cost savings.
The partner can offer new technologies and solutions to customers in consulting projects (e.g. proof of concept).

Support and training

  • Within the framework of the partnership, invenio provides support through our in-house experts (DMU process, method and tool consulting) and software solutions.

  • Support is provided centrally via the partner management system (email/hotline).

  • At regular intervals (at least once a year) a joint status meeting is organised to discuss the following points:

    • Sales activities of the management partner and sales forecast
