Employee motivation, commitment and enthusiasm are among the most important factors for sustainable growth and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are therefore all the more delighted to have received yet another accolade as an employer: invenio has been included in the <em>stern<\/em> list of \u2018Germany\u2019s Companies with a Future 2026\/27\u2019 and awarded 4 stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study was developed by the <em>stern<\/em> editorial team in collaboration with an advisory board and experts from the HR marketing agency EMBRACE. It focuses on companies that succeed in motivating and developing their staff over the long term, whilst fostering a strong sense of identification with the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We see this award as confirmation of our commitment to a modern, appreciative and forward-looking working environment.
