When it comes to web-based training, we always focus on the user. We ask exactly who the content is to be conveyed to and select the appropriate flight level. For this reason, we form a team together with our customer and take a methodical approach to developing the content.

In 6 proven steps, from the kick-off workshop to publication, we accompany our customers through the development process. We take great care to ensure that the defined learning objectives of the e-learning are achieved without losing the user's interest. Interactions, dialogs and humorous elements help with this.

Through our colleagues at the invenio Academy, we are even able to create and implement entire learning platforms.

Kick-off-Workshop

The project starts with a kick-off meeting. Here we ask the customer about their ideas and requirements and define an action plan for implementation.

Conception

In the conception phase, learning objectives, content, structure and scope are defined. In the second step, narrative flow and visualizations are added and interactions and learning objective checks are developed.

Script Creation

We prepare the content supplied by the customer in such a way that the topics are presented in a technically correct, clear and comprehensible way. We lay the foundation for smooth production with a detailed scene description.

Look & Feel

We create the look & feel in the customer's corporate design. A suitable visual language is defined and we attach great importance to user-friendly design.

Production Phase

The production phase can be carried out by our colleagues at the invenio Academy. In this step, the script is merged with the design concept to create a lively and vivid web-based training course. Sound effects and interactions are programmed.

Validation Process

The finished WBT is now tested and approved by the customer. We then either make it available for integration or ensure that the WBT is made available to the customer in the appropriate environment.

Use of AI supports new learning experiences

Multimedia and responsive Web-based Trainings

We have already implemented an entire series of learning content as an online course. An AI-generated avatar was developed to guide the user through the training. Being accompanied personally is a great advantage when teaching learning content.

The avatar can take away the user's uncertainty and impatience. A basis of trust is quickly established between the user and the avatar and the user follows the course more intensively than going through the lessons alone.
