Vocational Training with invenio – Secure Skilled Labour for Tomorrow
We have been training young people as cutting machine operators at our production site for many years. We train our young employees in machining with computer-controlled machines (CNC machining) as early as the first year of their apprenticeship. In doing so, we pursue two goals:
- We want to qualify young people and offer them long-term prospects at invenio.
- We are counteracting the shortage of skilled labour so that we can continue to be your partner for fast and reliable production in the future.
