The VT-DMU modules are seamlessly integrated into ema via APIs - an important step towards even closer co-operation in the future. Thanks to the collaboration, ema is already being supplemented with powerful modules from VT-DMU:
- Data reduction: the huge amounts of data generated during virtual production planning are automatically compressed and integrated directly into ema.
- Geometry comparison: Differences between two data statuses of a simulation are precisely analysed, making it easier to track and evaluate changes.
Users can plan the production process and workplace design in ema, while the intelligent VT algorithms take care of data preparation in the background.
