Our Solution with Items by Enumeration (iIbE)
Select an enumeration type – be it status, priority or another category you have defined. The widget then automatically assigns your work items to the categories and shows you at a glance how many items belong to each group.
- Decide which projects or work item types the widget should analyse.
- Do you only need certain data? No problem! With an optional query, you can filter out exactly the work items that interest you.
- In addition to standard enumerations, you can use any customised category defined for your work items.
- You can immediately see how many work items have been assigned in total and how many have not yet been categorised. So you always know where you stand.
Interactive and Informative
One click on a number in the table is enough to open a list with all the associated work items. Dive straight into the details whenever you want.
An example: Imagine you use 'Tasks' and group them by 'Severity'. You immediately see a table with columns for 'Severity' and 'Number of tasks'. Each row shows you the exact number of tasks for 'Blocker', 'Major', 'Minor' and so on. Plus a total and the number of tasks that have not yet been assigned a severity level. It's that easy to gain an overview!
