Bärenherz
As a sponsor of the Bärenherz Foundation, invenio has maintained a very close relationship with the Wiesbaden children's hospice for years: Since 2010, the traditional Christmas donation has been going to the social institution. With their commitment, the employees of Bärenherz are an important anchor for the families. Children with a serious illness and their families are supported by the children's hospice Bärenherz every day. The institution is a social institution which is mainly financed by donations. Children who are terminally ill and have a low life expectancy are cared for, nursed and accompanied by their families. "We are therefore only too happy to support the work of the Children's Hospice Bärenherz, because both the care and support of the sick children and attention and assistance for siblings and parents are particularly important in these difficult times", comments Kai F. Wißler. Entirely in the spirit of employees and customers, the company has decided not to give presents at Christmas and instead donate to charity. One of invenio's central concerns is to live up to its social responsibility, far beyond customer relations.

In October 2015, the invenio salary donation was launched on the initiative of an employee. Since then, the two decimal places of the net salary of all employees who participate in the campaign at the invenio locations throughout Germany have been collected monthly. Finally, employees submit suggestions as to which charitable organization the collected amount should be donated to.
