invenio's complaints procedure is responsible for reports of specific or possible breaches of the law by company employees. Business partners, customers or other third parties also have the opportunity to submit reports at any time via various reporting channels if there are clear indications of breaches of the rules. In this way, risks can be recognised at an early stage, addressed and, if necessary, remedied appropriately.
Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers are paramount here. If desired, information can also be provided anonymously. It is our Group-wide policy not to take any steps to establish the identity of a whistleblower who reports anonymously.
Invenio employees and external whistleblowers can always contact the compliance officers with their concerns. For this purpose, invenio has set up special channels for reporting possible compliance violations. For the simple and confidential reporting of information, invenio provides the whistleblowers with an e-mail inbox that is secured to protect the identity of whistleblowers.

Data protection:
You provide your personal data voluntarily. You have the option of submitting your report anonymously. If you voluntarily decide to provide your personal data and thus make a non-anonymous report, we will process your information for the sole purpose of processing your report on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c, f, GDPR.
