Our production team supplies both individual parts and complete mechanical or mechatronic products for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, medical technology as well as mechanical and plant engineering systems.
In our manufacturing centres in Ludwigsburg and Nauheim, individuality, speed and precision are always in the foreground. You receive precise components from us – with position, shape and dimensional tolerances of less than 10 microns – which are realised via three-shift operation and in accordance with certified processes. We thus offer you short lead times for high-quality components. The supply of ready-to-install castings is one of invenio's specialist fields. Of course, our experts will also carry out the required density test including cleaning and assembly for you. In addition to standard materials, we also manufacture high-temperature-resistant components made from cobalt and nickel-based alloys.
In addition, invenio uses rapid prototyping technologies to realise first design and functional models within a few days. You can choose from a wide range of close-to-production and series-identical materials, depending on your individual requirements. In addition to the creation of moulds for the production of plastic prototypes, we also offer plastic injection moulding tools made of aluminium or steel thanks to our rapid tooling experts – with a clear cost and speed advantage for you.
