Experience technology, discover the future
On 23 April 2026, invenio GmbH Engineering Services in Ludwigsburg opened its doors for Girls' Day - and the morning was all about technology, innovation and future prospects. Twelve participants took the opportunity to gain an exciting insight into the day-to-day work of development engineers in the field of electromobility.
Under the motto 'A day as a development engineer for electromobility', the schoolgirls experienced first-hand how modern electric car batteries and hydrogen technologies are created - from the initial idea to the functioning prototype.
The programme included, among other things:
- first steps in a professional CAD system,
- a look inside a high-voltage battery, including important safety aspects,
- experimenting with fuel cell models and hydrogen technology.
The direct dialogue with our experts, who answered questions about technology, training, studying and starting a career and gave insights into their own career paths, was particularly valuable.
The high level of interest and the consistently positive feedback from the participants are proof of this: Technology inspires - especially when you can experience and try it out for yourself.
We are very pleased about the successful Girls' Day in Ludwigsburg and look forward to continuing to inspire young people for engineering professions and future technologies in the future.
