invenio was honoured by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation as Leading Employer Germany 2026. The award recognises holistic employer qualities and is presented exclusively to the top 1% of employers in Germany.
The award is based on a scientifically sound meta-study that collates millions of data points and feedback from a large number of validated sources. In a multi-stage analysis process, the data is systematically collected, analysed, validated and adjusted to enable an independent and objective overall assessment. AI-supported analyses as well as manual and automated quality assurance procedures are used.
The areas analysed included employer attractiveness, employee experience, work-life quality, remuneration & benefits, leadership & sustainability, culture & values, diversity, equity & inclusion, ESG and recruiting performance. The meta-study aims to avoid individual assessments and purely marketing-driven self-representations and instead draw a reliable overall picture of employer quality.
