In-House Electric/Electronic Laboratory for Efficient Test Phases

Our ESD-compliant electronics laboratory on our own premises is equipped with the latest measuring and testing technology to enable us to commission and test a wide range of electronics. On more than 100 square metres, we can also ensure the conformity of products, in particular electronic assemblies, throughout the entire development cycle. Thanks to the few interfaces, we can develop your products extremely efficiently and cost-effectively.

In addition to prototype production and assembly, the laboratory also serves us in the various development phases to test initial concepts right through to validation or verification of electronics as well as entire products, for example in medical technology or the automotive sector.

HAMEG HMS1000 Spectrum Analyzer Purpose: An indispensable aid, especially in the field of EMC pre-compliance measurement technology. The measuring instrument is used to examine the frequency spectrum in the run-up to EMC tests in order to identify and eliminate possible sources of interference at an early stage. Even if an EMC test fails, the source of the interference can be found as quickly as possible using the measurement protocol and the spectrum analyzer. Specification:

Purpose: A part of the conformity assessment, in accordance with current EMC regulations, is the testing of conducted interference in wired devices. Radio interference voltages, which are generated by electrical consumers and enter the mains network via the power cable, can be verified using network simulations and spectrum analyzers.. As a counterpart to the current source, the electronic load is a current sink. Keithley DMM7510 High-resolution precision multimeter Purpose: The Keithley DMM7510 combines a high-resolution precision multimeter with a graphical touch display, creating a graphical sampling multimeter. Its wide dynamic range enables measurements from the nA range to currents of up to 1 A with high resolution. As an example, the power consumption of IoT products can be optimally measured. From sleep mode, standby mode to the transmission range of Bluetooth or WiFi signals, the multimeter can capture the entire spectrum in just one measurement with high accuracy. Specification:
