Successful start for the new Talent & Match format
With the new event format 'Talent & Match 2026', a career speed dating event was organised in Regensburg for the first time specifically for international students and regional companies - and invenio was there too.
The aim of the event was to connect young international talent with companies from the region at an early stage and to highlight specific prospects for internships, student traineeships and career entry.
We were able to meet many motivated and interested students in a compact career speed dating session. The short conversations were intensive, direct and quickly showed where there was a good fit both professionally and personally.
The potential that international talent can bring to companies like invenio became particularly clear: In addition to professional expertise, they enrich teams with intercultural experience and new perspectives.
For invenio, participation was a complete success - both in terms of the quality of the discussions and the opportunity to present itself as an attractive employer in the region.
We are delighted with the contacts we made and are looking forward to the further development of this format.
